Stationary Crushing-Screening and Washing Plant

Crushing-Screening Plants

In crushing-screening plants, the stones produced in mines are crushed and screened from large to small sizes. In these facilities, with the help of the vibrating feeder bunker the crushing process of stones is carried out by feeding jaw crusher, cone crusher, vertical shaft crushers, tertiary crushers, primary and secondary impact crushers with the help of vibrating feeder bunker. In this way, the first process of the crushing-screening plants is completed.

Stationary Crushing-Screening Plant

In addition to Mobile crushing and screening plants, we also have Stationary (fixed) crushing and screening facilities. Generally, for the companies that plan long-term studies, stationary crushing and screening plants are more preferable.

The capacities of the stationary crushing plants can be adjusted according to the customers’ request. Its high capacity is one of the advantages of stationary crushing plants, and they can be used together with a washing system in companies that plan long-term operations. Stationary crushing-screening and washing plants bring raw stones to workable sizes as a whole.

After the size reduction process in the stationary crushing plant, the stones coming out of here are transferred to the screen and classified according to their size by entering the size classification there. Stones from this screening plant are transferred to the washing plant part for cleaning.

Facility needs such as “stationary crushing plant, stationary crushing screening plant or stationary crushing screening and washing plant” are determined according to criteria such as the type of stones, feeding size, is the material clean or dirty etc.

The type of stones is very crucial and important because depending on that the shape of stationary crushing and screening plant will be specified.

Screening Plant

Screening plants are generally used to classify stones that come out from the crusher. After the crushing plant process, the size of the stone gets reduced, and the stone pieces are classified in the screen according to the client’s need. The products that do not pass through the screen in the screening plant are transferred back to the crushing plant through the feedback conveyor belt. This cycle will continue untli their size become smaller. The products that come out of the screen are transferred from the groove to the conveyor belt and stocked according to the desired product dimensions.

Washing Plants

If there is an unwanted excess material in the product coming out of the screener, a washing plant is required to remove this material. If there will be a washing system in the facility, in this way, the stones removed from the screener are washed before stocking.

Here, the stones separated from unnecessary materials are transferred to the stock areas by means of the conveyor betls to be stocked cleanly. By using the washing system, the rate of both transportation and dirty stone is reduced.

Stationary Crushing-Screening and Washing Plant

These are a complete combination of stationary crushing plant, screening plant and washing plant. Usually used for dirty stones. In these facilities, the material poured into the vibrating feeder bunker leaves here and enters the crushing plant. The material that reaches the appropriate dimensions in the crushing plant leaves from there and passes to the screening plant where it is subjected to the classification process.

The material remaining in the upper part of the screen during the classification process is sent back to the crusher to be subjected to the crushing process again through the feedback conveyor belt. Stones passing through the screening plant are classified in desired sizes. The material coming out of the screening plant with certain dimensions is transferred to the spiral or bucket washer in the washing plant.
