What is a Wobbler Feeder?

Crushing and screening plants are a complex facility consisting of multiple sections. In these facilities, the stones are fed in large sizes and subjected to crushing and washing. After these processes, it becomes a structure that is widely used in the building sector, which we call aggregate.

When the stones fed in the crushing and screening plants are in a dry state, the feeding process can be done easily with the vibrating and grizzly bunker. However, if the fed ore is wet or muddy, the feeding process becomes very difficult.  In addition, it causes some problems such as clogging in the vibrating bunkers.

That’s why we use the wobbler feeder in feeding these kinds of stones. The general purpose of the Wobbler feeder is to throw the wet or muddy material out of the facility before entering the main crusher thanks to the continuously rotating shafts on it. In this way, we protect both the plant efficiency and our machines.


The importance of the Wobbler Feeder and where it is used

While our facilities are working, we always want high capacity and high efficiency. However, the stone produced will not always come as we expected. If the stone produced is moist, wet or sticky, this will reduce the capacity and production efficiency of our facility. In addition, it will cause other equipment in our facility to be blocked and work to be disrupted.

To avoid such problems exactly, the wobbler feeder is very important. Wobbler separates nutritiously fed stones from harmful ingredients without causing problems. The feeding process is carried out after separation from the harmful ingredients. In this way, we will be working at high capacity and protecting our machinery and equipment.
