MCC Series mobile cone crushers are designed to crush hard and abrasive quarry materials such as granite, basalt and andesite.
They are generally preferred as secondary crushers on construction sites.
The mobile cone crusher provides uninterrupted product transfer to the cone crusher with its tracked/belt apron feeder. In this way, the production capacity of the mobile cone crusher increases significantly. After the crushing process, the materials transferred from the feeder to the cone crusher are screened in different sizes with a vibrating screen and sent to the stock area. The screening dimensions of the vibrating screen are determined according to customer request.

How Does a Portable Cone Crusher Work?
The MCC‑200 Portable Cone Crusher processes stone by feeding it into the crusher, where it’s broken down into the desired aggregate sizes. The material then passes through a vibrating screen to be sorted, and conveyor belts transport it for storage. Thanks to its mobile design with fold-out conveyors and automation, the plant is quick to set up and easy to operate on-site.
