MCK Series Mobile Hard Stone Crushing and Screening Plants are produced to carry out the crushing and screening process of high-hardness stones. It is produced in different models as single or double chassis.
MCK Series Mobile Hard Stone Crushing and Screening Plants are controlled by an automation system. Thanks to the automation system panel on the machine, the operating mode of the machine is adjusted.

The equipment that forms the basis of the plant, such as crusher, vibrating screen, stock belts, feeding bunkers are controlled by the automation system.
The automation system, which allows you to use the mobile crushing and screening plant in the most efficient way, is prepared with PLC and serves its users with the most advanced state of technology.

FABO MCK 110 is a mobile type & closed circuit crushing and screening plant that is used for processing of hard materials such as basalt, granite, dolomite etc. and other types of hard stones. MCK 110 includes two stages of crushing process which is made by primary jaw crusher and secondary impact crusher. It is also possible to replace tertiary impact crusher instead of secondary impact crusher.  The whole crushing and screening system consist of 2 mobile chassis.

The MCK‑110 Mobile Hard Stone Crushing & Screening Plant feeds large, hard stones into a strong primary jaw crusher to break them down efficiently. The material then moves to a secondary impact crusher and passes through a multi-deck vibrating screen to be sorted into precise sizes. With fold-out conveyors, easy mobility, and advanced automation, the plant ensures high-capacity, reliable production directly on-site.
